Engineering Expo

ENSOC is proud to announce that the annual engineering EXPO will be held on the 20th of July, 2010. A large range of engineering companies will be attending to recruit graduates and to give an idea to prospective engineers of the opportunities on offer in this exciting industry.

Stalls will be positioned along the engineering concourse to ensure maximum contact between companies and students. This will also give an opportunity for companies to communicate with students at a more informal level.

The popularity and value of the event is constantly increasing, and student turnout and appreciation are always very high.

Presentations from companies will take place throughout the day. These normally cover graduate development programs and day to day tasks for young engineers at respective organisations.

The expo is extremely useful for engineers in all years;

• Intermediate Year Students: What discipline will I enter into next year?
• 1st Pro students:  Where am I heading? Practical summer work opportunities.
• 2nd Pro students: What area should I specialise in? Professional summer work opportunities.
• 3rd Pro students: Who am I going to work for next year or should I do post-graduate study?
