The BBQ’s

ENSOC holds FOUR mammoth barbeques during the year, one during each term to satisfy your social requirements, with drinks and entrance to BBQ‘s 1 and 4 for free!

Each barbeque has a theme to keep the imagination stimulated and with over 1500 members attending, this is an event not to miss!

Hokitika Wild Foods

ENSOC takes four bus loads of students over to the Wild Foods Festival. After an epic bus ride, it‘s time to try the local cuisine, followed by a swim at the beach, watching the sunset and sitting in front of a beach fire with mates.

Fresher Field Trip

The Freshies all jump on a bus and get taken to a secret location where they are treated to mass amounts of fun and games. Dress up in theme and win cool prizes! A great way to meet fellow Freshies, and one of the best nights of the year!

Back to School Pub Crawl

Let your hair down, put on the old school uniform, and hit some of the finer drinking establishments Christchurch has to offer on the infamous back-o-school-o pub crawl. This event never fails to deliver on an epic evening out with the mates.

The Annual Ball

ENSOC hosts hold the largest ball in the Southern Hemisphere. It WILL blow your mind with 1500 people attending and MJ’ing it on the D-floor. Along with an endless bar tab, the ball will have a buffet dinner fit for a king and not one, but two whole levels of dance floor cranking top class music all night long.
