Introduction
Go for a position or just come to vote. Your vote will decide the make up of 2010's ENSOC committee and the good times (or lack thereof) that will follow.

Last year's election was a packed with over 200 members turning up to vote. It was also hilarious, an afternoon's entertainment in itself!
Voting will be done by a show of hands or ballot as necessary.

In accordance with the ENSOC constitution, only Engineers who are ENSOC members are eligible to attend and vote.

Not elected. Shop keeper is selected by the current ENSOC Shop Board.

13.Webmaster
Not elected. Webmaster is selected by the current ENSOC Committee.

Unofficial Positions
1. Social Committee - Polytech Rep
- See Representatives job description
This position will be elected by the newly elected committee (after elections) if they know/find anyone from the Polytechnic that will be a suitable rep. First used in 2004 and has proved beneficial most years since. In 2008 a Polytech rep was not used (at the discretion of new committee).

2. Fleet Manager
Not an elected position. Fleet Manager is selected by the new ENSOC Committee
Carry out relevant changes of ownership
Keep all vehicles road worthy - Registration and WOF
Uphold Fleet insurance
Carry out any simple maintenance/repairs
Instigate any major maintenance/repairs
Maintain Fleet appearance
Commit to Driving the ENSOC Engine on some occasions (negotiable)
Maintain fuel level in ENSOC Engine

Fleet Manager Requirements
- Must hold full class 2 license
- Must have general mechanical knowledge of vehicles
First elected in 2007 and also proved very worthwhile. Selection is by way of good-bastards-you-know method

Submit a nomination which has been seconded, in writing, to the suggestions box at the ENSOC Shop.
The election will take place at TBA.
All current engineering members of ENSOC are eligible to vote.
Voting will be done by a show of hands or ballot as necessary.

Submit a letter of application including CV to the suggestions box at the ENSOC Shop.

For the position:
Social Committee - 1st Pro Rep
The election of this position will take place during March of the incoming committee's year.
